As a chef who developed wheat and dairy allergies I had to go back to the drawing board, or in my case, the kitchen! I just finished writing a cookbook called, NoWheat No Dairy No Problem, for everyone with food allergies-specifically wheat, dairy and refined sugar. What I have learned is that there are many other people that can benefit from my cookbook including people with: autism, diabetes and bi-polar disorder. If there are other groups that are finding a wheat free and or dairy free and or sugar free diet helpful, please let me know.
