Mission

My mission is to help improve the quality of life for everyone who is living with any kind of food allergies, sensitivities, intolerance etc…or health issues that can be improved with a wheat free, dairy free and/or a sugar free diet by using my culinary experience, education and research.  I am also very committed to continuing to research and find additional healthy alternatives for all of us.

My intention is to travel to as many places world wide to help the maximum amount of people I am able to reach and educate through teaching, speaking and writing. I am honored and blessed to be given this opportunity and so grateful to use my life to help others. Many thanks. Be well.
