Thanks Jason. I tried 5 Guys and was very disappointed. The fries were soggy and unsatisfying. They made them fresh and put them right into my own paper tray. Everyone, do ask for them to put your fries into your tray instead of the bin with the other fries/rings to avoid cross contamination. Ask questions always confirm everywhere you eat out. Don't be embarrassed, it is your health and you deserve to know.

Amber, sorry to hear that. It took me 7 years to write my cookbook and develop the recipes. I wish I knew what to tell you. You can try to add the same amount of flour using 3/4 Oat and 1/4 quiona flour or soy flour. I have not tried coconut flour, but that may work.
I have some great cookie recipes that have all been tested in my cookbook including Ginger. There is a Molasses Cake recipe that is one of my favorites!

Hi Lauren, I have just come across your site and I am searching for bread/cakes/biscuits/muffins that still taste normal but without the wheat/gluten/dairy/sugar. So far I am struggling as anything that does not include these ingredients tastes horrible and my kids will not touch. And the ones that are great still contain sugar.
I am in Australia, Sydney so not sure if I can get your products here.
