Summer Cooking Camp for Kids & a Teen Cooking Camp!

Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low Glycemic Index(low sugar), lots of flavor and nutrition!

Kids will learn about healthy alternatives to gluten, dairy and sugar. They will come away with cooking skills, safety & sanitation, and the ability to cook every meal of the day including snacks for themselves and their family & friends!

May 23: Menu Planning & Cooking for Summer Part I

What’s for Dinner? Are you short on time and cash? Come learn how to stretch your dollar and spend less time in the kitchen. Lauren will teach you how to plan a Gluten-free, Dairy-free  and low glycemic index delicious menu, shop and cook. You will learn to make 7 meals from 2 Roasted Chickens!  Includes: Pot Pie, Nachos, Enchiladas, Soup, 2 Salads & Veggies! Includes meal. 6pm-8:30pm $35


June 14: Menu Planning & Cooking for Summer Part II

Who wants to cook when you can go to the Beach? Do you want more time and cash? Come learn how to stretch your dollar and spend less time in the kitchen. Lauren will teach you how to plan a Gluten-free, Dairy-free and low glycemic index comforting menu, shop and cook. You will learn to make 4 meals from 2 Meatloaves! Includes: Lasagna, Taco’s, Meatloaf and Sandwiches!  Includes meal.  $35,  6-8:30pm

July 26: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low Glycemic Index Dessert Class!

You will learn to make Pie and Tart Crusts like a pro. We will be making Summer Fruit Crisp with Homemade Ice “Crème”, Fresh Fruit Pie with Pastry “Cream” and a Lemon Meringue Tart! What’s not to love about using sweet plums, peaches & nectarines and turning them into mouth watering desserts to enjoy all week long? Nothing. Includes indulging in desserts we make or you can take some home for later! YUM! $35, 6-8:30pm

August 14: On-the-Go Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low Glycemic Lunches!

 Come make healthy, delicious Back-to-School Lunches that will give you all the energy you need! Includes: Sandwiches, Salads, Salad Dressings & Homemade Mayonnaise, Hummus & Veggies, Trail Mix Snack Balls and Smoothies.$35, 6-8:30pm

September/October: Sept 18-October 23

6 Week Series-Gluten-free/Allergy-free

We will learn to menu plan, shop and cook all three meals of the day, snacks, beverages and dessert! Whether you are new to this or just want some tips and tricks to make it easier and healthier from Chef Lauren come and join us on Sept 18-October 23 every Tuesday nights 6pm-8:30pm, Includes Dinner! $150, 6pm-8:30pm

Novemeber 13 Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Allergy-free Holiday Baking class

You will learn to make pie& tart crusts just in time for the holidays. We will make an array of desserts. Come and  join the fun. Includes indulging in the desserts we make or you can take some home for later! $35, 6-8:30pm

December 6: Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Low Glycemic Index Cookie Exchange

We will bake several kinds of cookies and you will all get to take a box of  assorted cookies home!This sold out last year so, sign up fast! $35, 6-8:30pm

    Hey Lauren!
    I saw you on the news in Chicago today. So excited that you cook gluten/dairy free. I’m making the Beef Strogonoff tonight! Wish me luck, I need it :-) I would love to know if you are ever doing cooking classes or know anyone else who offers them. I’ll also be buying your book. Thanks for coming to Chicago.
