    Hey Lauren!
    I saw you on the news in Chicago today. So excited that you cook gluten/dairy free. I’m making the Beef Strogonoff tonight! Wish me luck, I need it :-) I would love to know if you are ever doing cooking classes or know anyone else who offers them. I’ll also be buying your book. Thanks for coming to Chicago.
