I highly recommend the Tempt ice cream. It has the truest texture to the real thing that I have found so far (beats Coconut Bliss for me!) and the flavors are delicious. Their espresso and chocolate biscotti flavor is also gluten free! I use their unsweetened vanilla milk for making low glycemic mochas daily. Wonderful. Glad you liked it as well. I have even found one coffee shop here in Portland, OR that serves hemp in addition to rice and soy milks, though I am not sure if it's Tempt. It's still creamy. Also, I love chocolate hazelnut milk as a treat too. Thanks for trying these wonderful milks!
