The lemon meringue tart—I can’t stop eating it. You were right—-the meringue wasn’t difficult—it turned out great. I used fresh meyer lemons from our trees for the lemon curd—-it has just the right amount of sweet and tart. The sweet crust reminds me a little of graham crackers only sweeter and better. Just had to tell you that i was standing at my counter—shoveling the lemon meringue in my mouth and thinking of you.
